If you are married or partnered and curious about women

This is not a verdict
This guide does not tell you what is right for your relationship. People in relationships are curious, and they handle it in very different ways.
Talk to your partner if you can
Some couples talk about it and agree to open the relationship, or agree on rules. Some find it easier to explore alone. Telling a partner is a decision only you can make, and it is worth thinking about what each choice could lead to.
Be honest with the people you meet
If you are partnered, say so, and say what your partner knows. The women you meet are making their own choices, and they need the facts to do it.
Look after your health
If you have more than one partner, regular testing protects you and the people you are with. Barriers such as gloves, condoms and dental dams lower the risk of infections, and a clinician can advise you.
Protect your privacy
- Use a strong password and two-factor authentication on the apps you use.
- Think about what a notification on your lock screen could show.
- Do not put your workplace or full name on a profile.
Think about what you want
Some people want a one-time experience. Others realize they want something else. It helps to know which you are before you start.
