Last updated: June 11, 2026. This policy explains cruush+ recurring subscription plans, cancellation timing, promotional access, and refund handling.
cruush+ is planned as a recurring subscription with weekly, monthly, three-month, and six-month plan options.
Current planned pricing is $9.99 weekly, $18.99 for one month, $11.99 per month on a three-month plan, and $9.99 per month on a six-month plan. The total price, billing period, renewal cadence, taxes, fees, and discounts should be reviewed at checkout before purchase.
Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, cruush+ renews automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
If a payment fails, cruush or its payment provider may retry the charge, request an updated payment method, suspend paid features, or end the subscription.
Your renewal date, billing cadence, price, taxes, and cancellation path should be reviewed at checkout and in the account, app-store, or payment-provider billing flow used for the purchase.
Promotional offers, including waitlist perks, launch-party discounts, free months, coupon codes, founder pricing, or trial access, may be limited by eligibility, timing, city, account, payment method, or availability.
Unless stated otherwise, promotional access converts to paid recurring access only after clear checkout disclosure and user authorization.
You may cancel cruush+ through the account, billing, app-store, or payment-provider flow used to purchase it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
You keep paid access until the paid period ends, unless cruush terminates or restricts access because of fraud, chargeback abuse, safety risk, legal risk, or a policy violation.
If you purchase through an app store, payment processor, billing platform, card network, or other checkout flow selected by cruush, cancellation, refunds, receipts, taxes, and payment-method updates may be controlled by that provider.
Deleting the app, deleting an account, uninstalling a browser shortcut, or stopping use of cruush may not automatically cancel a recurring subscription. Use the billing flow where the subscription was purchased.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by cruush. cruush does not guarantee partial-month, partial-week, unused-time, promotional, or renewal refunds.
If you purchased through an app store or third-party payment provider, refunds may be controlled by that provider's rules and may need to be requested through that provider.
cruush may restrict paid features, suspend accounts, preserve records, or block future purchases when we detect fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized resale, repeated chargebacks, stolen payment methods, or attempts to avoid billing rules.
If you believe a charge was unauthorized or accidental, contact billing support promptly so we can review the issue.
cruush may change plan prices, features, taxes, fees, discounts, or plan availability. Where required, we will provide notice before a change affects an existing recurring subscription.
